Please note - These delivery times are estimates, we aim to dispatch all orders and get them to you within the time frame stated however occurs can and will sometimes occur. If your order is late please allow an extra 1-3 days. 

UK ORDERS - We send with Evri (HERMES) please allow 4 working days for delivery this doesnt inc weekends or bank holidays, if your order is late please allow an extra few days before contacting us incase of unexpected delays. If your order is more than 10 working days late we can investigate this with the delivery company and only after 10 working days have passed the delivery date can we offer to send a replacement or refund, Please note if your order or delivery is placed around bank holidays these can cause slight delays. 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Dress Me Dolly however if this is not the case, we will be willing to provide a full refund or a store credit. Returns must be returned to us within 14 days.

Send your item back to the address below preferably with tracked delivery service, we prefer Royal Mail, then send us an email using the below template to dressmedolly@gmail.com and a member of the team will respond within 1-2 working days.

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags.
  • All returns must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your goods, any returns sent back after this time a credit note will be issued. 
  • Christmas returns for orders placed in December will have a extended period of returns of 35 days
  • It is recommended to use a tracked method, as we are not responsible for any lost orders and you will be asked to claim back with the delivery company. 
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund/exchange, you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.
  • Returns postage is at your own cost we don not offer free returns
  • Refunds are for the item price only. 
  • LOST ORDERS. Where we have to claim back with hermes to lost/stolen parcels this process can take upto 15 working days from the delivery date to process a refund back into your account.
