When making a purchase, simply browse through our website or search for exactly what you want using the search bar until you find what you need. Then simply ‘add to basket’, when you have finished shopping simply press ‘check out’. You will be able to edit your basket, cancelling or adding items, at any time up until when you enter your payment details.

Prices will always be shows in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, these are processed using PayPal and shopify secure system. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the PayPal and shopify secure system. You can also pay by bank transfer. If you do not wish to pay online, contact us and we can arrange for you to send a postal order. If you have any other queries about means of payment, feel free to contact us

Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.

Here at DRESSMEDOLLY, we are keen for our customers to buy our products with confidence. All credit card details are processed using the shopify and PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. Using the shopify and PayPal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and shopify and PayPal.


Delivery times are approx times and we cannot guarantee delivery, we do aim to get all orders to you within the time frame given however delays can and will occur. If your order is late please allow another 1-3 days for delivery. If your order is more than 10 days late we can offer a postage refund. 

If you have entered your payment details and checked out, your package should be being processed. However there are a few cases where we cannot complete your order. This will only occur if the product you have ordered is now out of stock; if your payment was unauthorized; in the instance of a pricing or product description error; or if you fail to meet the eligibility order criteria set out by these terms and conditions.

All prices shown on the website include VAT, however they exclude delivery. The total price will be shown at the checkout once you have selected a means of delivery.

Typically only one code can be applied per order. All promotional codes exclude sale items unless explicitly included. All shipping promotions have a minimum threshold of £20 (threshold applies after any discount has been applied)
